•Inspect ignition, replace spark plugs 

•Replace fuel filter

•Replace Walker air filters (older units with Kohler air filters would be additional) 

•Check all gauges and indicator lights

•Change the engine oil and filter 

•Grease entire machine

•Checking and topping off all gear box oil levels 

•Inspect the condition of all drive belts 

•Check Jackshaft  bearings, pulleys and engine pulleys for wear 

•Inspect air cooling fins for debris 

•Inspect oil cooling fins for debris

•Inspect deck caster wheel bearings and carrier bushings for wear

•Check gear boxes for oil leaks 

•Check GHS blower for excessive wear in impeller and housing 

•Adjust tracking and neutral creep 

•Check tire pressure

•Adjust PTO belt

•Adjust parking brake 

•Check bagger alarm and operation

•Sharpen blades (we use genuine OEM parts)
